Amber works actively with leaders, executives, and teams to improve their approach to management, leadership, and mindset resulting in lasting positive changes and increased resilience. She helps professionals improve and expand communication skills and effectiveness, increase overall productivity and powers of influence, enhance strategic decision-making, and develop enduring habits to provide the ability to turn management and leadership challenges into opportunities.  

With 20 years of experience, she has developed extensive expertise in management and leadership development in local and state government. In prior roles, she has led and managed organizations, transit systems, and business units ranging from 10 - 300+. She has facilitated hundreds of classroom and workshop trainings and organized or supported 500+ events building community, developing healthy workplace culture, and inspiring teams to thrive. 

She is a graduate of Villanova University, the University of Montana, and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Amber is a certified professional coach and trainer through the International Coaching Federation and the Somatic Coaching Academy.

Amber spends her free time running, biking, and skiing with her two children, and husband. She serves on the board of directors for the Colorado Tourism Office. She is an avid reader and believer in humankind.
